Join us on the one-year anniversary of Damian’s passing for his Inaugural Memorial Ride.
The ride will take place on Sunday, June 29th 2025. Participants will have the choice of a biking or a walk/run route. Regardless of which route you choose, all participants will meet at Action Bikes and Outdoor(611 Broad St, Milford, PA, 18337).
Cyclists will meet at 8 am and will have a 24 mile group ride that follows a portion of the route of Damian’s last ride. Walkers and runners will meet at 9 and follow a 5K route. Route specifics are located below. All participants are encouraged to wear their craziest socks and if they would like they can also purchase a t-shirt.
A portion of the proceeds from each t-shirt will go towards Downshifting Gears. Order by June 16th for a pickup at the memorial ride!

Upon completion of the event, all participants are invited to Log Tavern Brewery for Trivia and Food Trucks.
Registration is free but donations are always welcome. Or consider volunteering at the ride!
Cyclist Route Details
A 24 mile loop. All bicyclists will ride together in one group.
Begin at 611 Broad Street. Head down Broad Street and turn left onto Harford Street. Follow Harford Street to Route 209. Take Route 209 until turning left onto Route 739. Cross over Dingman’s Ferry Bridge. Bathrooms and water are available at the Dingman’s Ferry Bridge.
Continue on Route 560 until turning left onto Tuttles Corner Dingmans Road (Route 206). Follow Route 206 until reaching Taylor Bridge Road. Stop at Taylor Bridge Road (100 County Highway-645 in Branchville, NJ 07826).
We will stop at Taylor Bridge Road for a moment of reflection. From here, all cyclists will complete the final 6.3 miles together, returning Damian from the site of his crash to where his car was originally parked. A water station will be available at this location.
Continue on Route 206 until crossing the Milford Bridge onto Route 209. Turn onto E Harford Street, then make a right onto Broad Street. Complete the route by returning to 611 Broad Street.
Walk/Run Route Details
A 5K out and back.
Begin at Action Bikes and Outdoor’s gravel lot on 611 Broad Street. Start by walking onto E John Street. Turn right onto 4th Street. Proceed left onto E George Street. Make a right on 3rd Street. Turn left onto Catherine Street. Continue right onto River Road. Take a left onto Hartford Street, which becomes Milford Beach Road. Follow the McDade Trail until you reach the Milford Bridge. Stop and turn around beneath the bridge.
Return by retracing your steps along the same route. Follow Milford Beach Road back to Hartford Street. Turn right onto River Road. Go left onto Catherine Street. Make a right on 3rd Street. Turn left onto E George Street. Continue right onto 4th Street. Take a left onto Cherry Alley. Complete your route by returning to the Action Bikes and Outdoor gravel lot at 611 Broad Street.
